While others can’t fully get it, you desire to share it, and for the story you share to be held and honored. After all, it is your journey, filled with ups and downs, mistakes made, and if you’ve been willing and ready, some lessons learned. Your story may hold a lot of pain, a lot of joy, or a good mix of both.

I begin to hear your story through the person centered approach I apply from the very beginning in your therapy sessions. This approach allows you to show up and be seen in a non-judgmental space. I support you to be the guide of your session and share what you most want to discuss and process. The unconditional positive regard that I meet you with is meant to validate your experience and your feelings so you feel known and held in an authentic and supportive space. The held support I provide allows you to grow and deepen as you work toward your therapeutic goals.
