Your body is always trying to tell you something about how you feel. The challenge lies in being willing to listen, along with taking the time to pay attention to what your body might be telling you. I help you access the innate wisdom stored in your body by guiding you to get in touch with your body’s sensations. This somatic and mindful approach allows you to uncover hidden emotions and learn how to give your feelings the gentle space to be accepted. Remarkably, the allowance and acceptance can actually lessen the intensity of your feelings. As these emotions and sensations are permitted to be nothing different, you then give voice to and make sense of shifts in emotions and sensations during your session. This leads to an ability to do so in your every day life. The transformation is life changing!
